At Heart Journey Healing, we believe in a holistic approach to wellness, understanding that true healing involves nurturing the mind, body, and soul. Our practice integrates counselling and talk therapy with the option of gentle somatic techniques such as guided meditation and Reiki, promoting healing on all levels as emotions are held within our bodies.
Services include counseling, including trauma-focused counseling, mindfulness and strength-based counseling, life transition support, advocacy, resource navigation, and Reiki.
