Hello! I am Diana, a latina Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with over a decade of experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds. I offer virtual sessions and in-person sessions in Coquitlam, BC for individuals, couples and families. I speak English, Spanish and French. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling burnt out, struggling with anxiety, or dealing with past trauma, I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard and understood. My approach is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, with extensive training in anxiety and OCD.
I specialize in working with Black, Indigneous and People of Color (BIPOC) and people from diverse backgrounds using attachment-based and culturally responsive therapy. I focus on people’s own innate resources and strengths. My approach is hollistic, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities.
