I have been in the education system for 15 years and have extensive experience working with a variety of children, teens and parents struggling with difficult family dynamics, anxiety, depression, separation, divorce, trauma, major life transitions, and abuse.
At the core of my counselling practice, is a belief in human resilience and perseverance. I know that when we are genuinely understood and accepted by ourselves, healing and growth occurs.
