We have several groups at Dialectical Living including: for persons with emotion dysregulation, family and friends of, DBT for Couples and a FREE DBT Aftercare group. Our core skills groups are about learning practical life giving skills vs. talking about traumas or problems. We believe learning DBT should be fun and interactive and engaging and we use videos, small group breakouts, home practice teams, games, quizzes and more to keep thing lively, memorable and clients tuned in.
