At Windsor Counselling Services Internal Healing we utilize different modalities and therapies depending on clients' needs and problems. we Specialize in CBT, Exposure Therapy, Ego State Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Exposure Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and many other evidence based approaches.
