Using IFS, EFT, EMDR, (and a little bit of humour), I hope to help you find your way back to love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, and gentleness. I believe in getting to the heart of your struggles in hopes of finding meaningful healing. For couples and families, my wife and I also offer co-therapy sessions to give a well-rounded perspective.
