Hi, I'm so grateful that you are reading this. Reaching out for support can feel scary and vulnerable even in the best of times, let alone when we are struggling. Together, let's make the process feel a little gentler. Working with me, my hope is to offer you a safe space to share the issues and emotions that are making life heavy. I have had the opportunity to support people in addressing issues such as relational challenges, life transitions, depression, anxiety, stress, parenting, grief and substance use. If you are looking for a therapist who is nurturing, compassionate and sometimes tells a bad mom joke - that's me!
My approach is relational and emotion-focused. I believe that we learn by listening. We can understand so much from what our mind and body share when we attune to ourselves. I want to offer a space for you to safely experience whatever is coming up in the moment. When we allow our whole self to be witnessed, we can move towards our most open-hearted state.
Facing our challenges and holding space for them can feel daunting. This is why I believe that sharing your story with someone takes great courage. I would be honoured to be trusted with that privilege. I look forward to hearing from you to see if we are a right fit!
