Hi, I’m Devon. I help teens and adults navigate anxiety, relationship stress, and the pressure of keeping it all together. This is a place where you’re allowed to be messy. A lot of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable humans who are overwhelmed and tired. They’re usually the one keeping it together for everyone else. Sometimes you just need an unbiased person to hold some of the weight with you, even briefly, so you can catch your breath and figure out your next step.

I specialize in sex and relationship therapy. We talk about mismatched desire, sexual pain, shame, trust, resentment, and the conversations that feel hard to start at home. You don’t have to tiptoe around it here. I’m comfortable with awkward, and I’m not easily shocked. We can say the quiet part out loud.

As a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist, I bring medical knowledge into conversations about bodies, sexuality, and mental health. I’m steady, direct, and not easily rattled. My work is trauma informed, sex positive, and affirming of diverse identities and relationship styles. You don’t have to shrink yourself here.

I tend to only work with children in person, as its difficult to maintain a therapeutic relationship without being able to play and interact. Otherwise, I do the majority of sessions online via Jane or out in the community. I'm a fan of giving easy homework, because we want to create sustainable coping skills that you feel comfortable and confident using in your daily life.
