My professional experience has been previously built around working with children and youth, but I have since expanded my practice to welcome adults into therapy.
I like my clients to know that I’m trauma-informed - we’re working at the pace you’re comfortable with and understand the depth of your trauma. Also, I bring humour into my sessions (when appropriate). It’s an important tool that I use to help ease tensions and bring perspective to weird ways that life likes to challenge us.
