Reaching out for services takes courage as you are placed in a position of being vulnerable. Often times we avoid this vulnerability and choose to cope on our own. No matter the concern you are facing, I believe human connection plays an important role in overcoming it. My aim in sessions is to provide a space in which you can lean into this vulnerability and explore the difficult emotions and/or situations you are facing. Together we will engage in the therapeutic process to identify effective coping skills and have conversation that will provide you with new insight and understanding.
I am a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I utilize current modalities that best fit the needs of the individual. I have clinical experience working with a variety of presenting concerns from trauma to personal growth and development.
