Welcome! I am committed to helping my clients with their personal growth. I specialize in treating depression, OCD and other anxiety disorders. I acquired my clinical training at the Claresholm Centre for Mental Health and Addiction, one of the largest inpatient hospitals in Alberta treating complex mental health disorders. Through my work, I developed a passion for treating anxiety disorders and OCD. I have completed a variety of trainings in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and successfully completed certification in ERP through the Cognitive Behavioral Institute Center for Education in Pittsburgh, PA.
I offer a safe space to talk things out and explore new ways of thinking and being. My goal is to offer you the best treatment possible to help you see things in a different light, reach your goals and become who you want to be.
