I take an integrative approach, shaped by my professional experience and my own therapy journey. I’ve worked in various high-intensity settings with youth and adults facing trauma, mental health struggles, and addictions. These experiences have exposed me to the parts of life we often avoid—injustice, uncertainty, and what we do to survive.
I've also seen how things can shift when people reach for support and are truly met, which guides my work. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, with particular skill in supporting men and couples navigating trauma histories, relationship challenges, and high-stress situations.
