With over 12 years of experience, I bring a trauma-focused, holistic approach to help individuals build resilience and achieve lasting change. Using a blend of mindfulness, mind-body, and nervous system-based approaches, I provide care in a relatable and collaborative way, where we work together to identify what will best support your needs.
