I have comprehensive training in trauma-informed integrative therapies and understand the interrelationship between trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges. I blend different modalities that focus on embodiment and healing the nervous system.
My own lived experiences with trauma, mental health challenges, substance use, and sudden loss, have brought me into this field and are what help me deeply empathize with what it's like to be in your shoes.
