I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) practicing EMDR, CBT and Play Therapy. I offer support to children and adults struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and pre/post natal concerns. Whether these emotions are rooted in past trauma, abuse, or emotional wounds, or are surfacing for the first time, I am here to provide support and understanding. My approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw on evidence-based techniques such as EDMR, CBT and Play Therapy while setting realistic manageable goals and helping you build resilience.
My goal is to help you process experiences and implement strategies so you can start feeling yourself again. I hope to support clients through a holistic approach of cognitive and lifestyle changes to bring joy back into their lives.
