Navigating life transitions can be particularly challenging for youth and students. Whether it’s adjusting to a new school, managing academic stress, or experiencing shifts in personal relationships, my work with young individuals focuses on providing support as they encounter these pivotal moments. I work collaboratively with students and adults to help them foster strong communication skills, enhance self-esteem, and set and achieve personal goals. I also offer support to those grieving the loss of loved ones by guiding clients in developing coping strategies, fostering resilience, and rediscovering a sense of hope and meaning.
Using a dual approach combining the relational depth of person-centered therapy with the practical effectiveness of CBT, I will provide a well-rounded framework to support your healing and growth. Together, we can work towards a deeper understanding of yourself while also equipping you with the tools to make positive changes in your life.
My approach to counselling is rooted in recognizing and honouring each person’s individual experiences. If you are looking for a safe, supportive and empathic space where you can explore your thoughts feelings, and experiences in a non-judgmental environment, please reach out.
