My modalities are eclectic overall, emphasizing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy & Emotion-Focused Therapy for individuals, couples & polyamorous relationships.
With a range of knowledge & competencies, I will guide you to overcome any feelings of anxiety, shame, and/or embarrassment that may be holding you back.
