I am a Sports Psychology mental skills performance coach and work with athletes who are experiencing mental health and sport performance issues.
My integrative approach to therapy is based on thirty years of professional experience. I help individuals and athletes attain there ideal level of performance. I spend time getting to know my clients and work in a collaborative manner to facilitate their unique journey for a better quality of life.
