I offer trauma-informed counselling through a person-centered lens. Art therapy is my favorite modality, and I like to incorporate art making in other forms of therapy, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), mindfulness, and play therapy.

Cows Can Be Purple
*Postponed Indefinitely. Cows Can Be Purple is an Adlerian art therapy group created by Sadie E. (Tee) Dreikurs. It is designed for 6 to 12 people with the intent for everyone come together as a supportive community engaging in the creative process. The purpose of the group is to identify major events in your personal history that have contributed to the person you are today, to share those events within the safety of the group, and to learn from each others' experiences. We will share food, stories, tears, laughter, and art while finding meaning within our group experience.
