Looking for couples, parent, or individual counselling? I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) specialized in supporting couples to enhance communication and mutual understanding, and empowering parents to strengthen relationships with their teens. I also support individuals (16+) to manage and overcome anxiety and depression through practical skills and tangible strategies backed by neuroscience. With couples, my evidence-based attachment-focused approach draws on my formal training in both Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and the Gottman Method to overcome patterns of disconnection and enrich communication. With parents of teens, I am also guided by Interpersonal Neurobiology and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy.
