As a mental health practitioner with over 11 years of experience, I have come to value Love, Purpose, and Service. I believe these to be fundamental ingredients to a meaningful and fulfilling life. I utilize a compassionate, change oriented practice that's rooted in evidence-based interventions that facilitate growth, a deeper sense of meaning, and fulfillment in the lives of my clients by collaboratively working together to heal and recover from PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and Attachment struggles.
I have experience in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, attachment struggles, OCD, delusional disorders, personality disorders, academic and sport performance anxiety. I use a combination of cognitive processing therapy, emotion, focused therapy, and accelerated resolution therapy as well as traditional psychotherapy.
