Hi, I help people with trauma and anxiety. I have counselled/worked with many types of trauma over the years and continue to do so. In my counselling practice, I believe the client is the expert. I have over 12 years of experience in the human services field. I have a special interest in working with people who deal with anxiety, addiction and those who are looking for career and vocational services. Some of my other specialties include depression, divorce/separation, recent life changes and stress management. Due to the fact that I am a Registered Social Worker, the majority of insurers will reimburse you for my services. I also provide counselling through the NIHB program for First Nations clients.
