I help couples who aren’t satisfied in their relationship and individuals living with stress, anxiety and depression. Drawing from Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I create individualized treatment plans - reevaluating and adjusting the approach as your needs in therapy evolve.
