Asking for help can be a very difficult choice to make. I believe that it is important for you to feel comfortable speaking with your counsellor and being open with them. My belief is that everyone is an expert on their own life and that my role is to help guide you to a solution that will work for you. I have over seven years experience working with youth and adults to overcome a wide variety of challenges.

I come from a client centred strengths based approach. I use a wide variety of modalities in my work and together we will determine what ones would be most effective for you.

My office is steps away from the TTC . There is free street parking near my Saturday office. I am available for a thirty minute free phone consultation. My office hours are in person on Saturdays and Sundays. If you are interested in a virtual session please contact me to arrange a time.
