I enjoy working with a variety of clients, with adult clients I offer Somatic Experiencing, practicing from a trauma informed lens, I utilize strengths based and Family Systems theory. I work with a lot of youth and families that are struggling with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and family conflict. I support couples seeking to communicate better understand each other and improve their relationship.

I offer a variety of treatments depending on client need. With couples I use Gottman Couples therapy and with individuals and families I use a combination of Somatic experiencing, strengths-based and family systems.

I have been told that I have a very calm presence which allows people to settle in to the space and feel comfortable to share with me. I want to ensure that the session is meeting your needs and will check in to see if you are getting what you need. Rapport and connection is very important to be successful in therapy.
