My passion is to help people make sense of their experiences and see that things can get better. I bring extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with mood disorders, complex trauma and PTSD, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm, with unique expertise in working with teenagers. Together, we work toward comfort, connection, and healing. I’ve recently moved into a new space that I’ve poured a lot of care and thought into, with the hope that it feels warm and welcoming for everyone who comes in. This space is designed to reflect the therapy experience I want to offer: calm, safe, and approachable.

I believe healing happens through connection; with ourselves, with others, and in a safe therapeutic relationship. I use approaches like EMDR, Ego State, and Somatic Therapy to help people process trauma, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward lasting change.

I work with both adults and teens. You can expect open, honest and insightful conversations where together we can explore what’s getting in the way and help you move toward the clarity, connection, and happiness you deserve.
