The aim is two people able to say what is true, hear what is hard, and decide what comes next together.
Couples are the centre of my practice. I listen closely and interrupt when the usual argument takes over. I ask direct questions, name what happens between you, and help you try the conversation again. I offer ongoing therapy for steady work and intensives when an urgent issue needs sustained attention, in Calgary or online across Alberta.
Certainty can come later. You and your partner may have two convincing accounts of what went wrong. Bring both.
