I am a counsellor who works with youth and adults and would love to guide you towards positive life change. My background in health and fitness has led me to emphasize the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection in my practice, and I use somatic therapies with acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to empower clients to work through their barriers. I love to help clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues/family dynamics, youth with ADHD/Autism and those who want to work through past traumas. My modalities serve anyone who wants to gain more clarity of themselves and of their path forward.

I believe we are all on a journey of discovering and deeply knowing ourselves and can become our own best caregiver once we acknowledge our true self.
