With a background in life coaching and nutrition, I support you in reconnecting with your body, your confidence, joy, and the life you deeply desire.

As a counsellor, somatic practitioner & holistic nutritionist, I believe the mind & body are deeply connected, when one is out of balance, it impacts the other. To truly thrive we must attend to our mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, which is why I bring a variety of tools to support each person’s unique journey.

As a woman who has personally struggled with trauma, body image, and finding my voice, I bring both lived experience and professional training to my work. I would be more than honoured to walk alongside you in your healing journey. To be human is to struggle, but you don’t have to do it alone.

I often bring Somatic Therapy into sessions. Somatic Therapy is about tuning into the body. Often our healing practices focus more on our thoughts & emotions. However, emotions also get stored in the body. By getting reacquainted with the body, we learn to speak its language, to give it what it needs, and to gently release emotions that may be stored within.
