Whether you're discovering your Self, going through dark times, looking to improve your emotional coping, or whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I will hear your experience and walk alongside you and the pain towards brighter skies. I believe each person is already whole, and I encourage self-acceptance, compassion, and curiosity. I value self-actualization and living a good life, helping others, and living in harmony with nature. My therapeutic space is grounded in my values of love, respect, truth, joy, and health.

I work from a humanistic and bio-psycho-social-spiritual orientation, and pull from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Narrative Therapy, Nature-based Therapy, and Art Therapy. My practice is rooted in evidence based interventions.

I welcome the opportunity to work with people from all identities and backgrounds, in-person, on-line, or walking in nature. I lived in Mexico as teenager and continue to hold Latino culture in my heart and can work in Spanish upon request.
