I support adults working through anxiety, grief and loss, significant and/or traumatic loss, trauma including but not limited to developmental trauma and health related trauma, chronic pain, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or seeking personal growth, I aim to provide a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences, build on your inner strengths, and honour the mind-body connection.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, integrative, and tailored to your unique needs. I provide trauma-informed and evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Somatic Experiencing (SEP). I also draw from attachment theory and compassion based approaches.
