I specialize in the often-unspoken impact of fertility challenges. Having faced my own struggles with conceiving, I understand firsthand how complex and emotional this journey can be.

Our sessions together will focus on helping you regain a sense of control over your life, body, and mindset so that this journey doesn’t feel all-consuming. We’ll address the stress-related symptoms that can make this path even more challenging and work on easing them through mind-body skills in a safe, comforting space where you can freely express yourself.
