Diane is a therapist and social worker who has a deep passion for supporting individuals, couples and families through the emotional impacts that significant life changes, such as trauma, anxiety and depression, relational, grief, loss and emergency crises has brought on. Diane is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Diane holds a Masters in Social Work (MSW), and a Bachelors in Social Work, from the University of Windsor and Ryerson University, in addition to becoming a certified Psychotherapist, with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
Diane has more than 25 years’ experience in a social services environment holding front line and Leadership positions and is also a certified, strong skilled Clinical Supervisor currently supporting over 25 therapists. She is an Emergency Management Supervisor in Community Crisis working among vulnerable populations. Diane has also coordinated workshops and
has also assisted with outreach and resource programs in varying communities. Diane believes that helping people make peace with their thoughts through therapy and counselling is vital. Her approach is warm, interactive and accepting which builds a foundation to strong client/counsellor relationships.
