Many people face struggles in their daily lives and don't understand why. With ADHD/ADD, one of the big struggles is understanding yourself and how you're wired, and learning how to create balance, while decreasing symptoms, and increasing function in the different aspects of life. Some people struggle with school, at work, with family and friends, with focus, and also with the additional symptoms of depression and/or anxiety that often accompanies ADHD/ADD. We offer low cost ADHD/ADD assessment that can assist in the process of diagnosing ADHD/ADD. We also offer counselling/therapy to assist in building function and capacity.
We specialize in working with individuals with ADHD/ADD and assist clients in learning more about themselves and how they are wired. We help clients improve their symptoms of ADHD/ADD and increase function in all aspect of life. We also do testing and evaluation (psychological assessment) for ADHD/ADD to assist clients in the ADHD/ADD diagnosis process.
We focus on creating meaningful connection with our clients and have a special understanding of some of the struggles that our clients face every day. Having a background in health care, we understand how difficult it can be navigating through, and we are here to help.
