My name is Jenell. I’m a Professional Counsellor (APC) offering compassionate, person-centred therapy focused on healing, restoration, and wellness. I use approaches such as CBT, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, DBT, ACT, somatic, and talk therapy, tailored to each individual. I provide ADHD assessments for youth and adults, along with ongoing ADHD-informed therapy. I support individuals with ADHD, chronic illness, chronic pain, and those navigating life transitions. With a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and over 15 years in health care, I offer a supportive space grounded in balance, connection, and growth.
