With many years of extensive clinical training and over 30 years of experience in practice I have learned to effectively help clients feel better. I work within a range of CBT and Psychoanalytically informed strategies, to gain mastery over problems that can seem unsolvable. You feel like you feel for very good reasons. Symptoms of anxiety and depression are a natural response to real life experiences. Unfortunately, we can get stuck struggling with these symptoms and then we have great difficulty using our THINKING to get better. I like to help people THINK better.
Results can be gained in short-term therapy, or require a longer course of treatment, depending on the severity of the problem, and the goals of each individual. My clients respond quickly to my approach and report solid improvements that continue to grow, even after therapy ends. I can help.
