I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist with experience in both hospital and private practice settings. I believe a holistic approach to client care is important to promote well-being. I draw from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Humanistic/Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Systemic/Structural Therapy.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults. My expertise focuses on anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image issues, and work-related stress. I have a special interest in marital issues and child/adolescent emotional/behavioral problems. I value a team approach to your care (collaborating with psychiatrists and family physicians).
