I specialize in trauma therapy and commonly utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). I also offer Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and CBT to help with anxiety, panic, OCD, phobias, suicidal ideation and depression. I have extensive experience with youth (ages 9+), adults and individuals with disabilities and neurodivergence.
