I believe that each person is unique and brings individualized strengths and skills to forge new paths in their lives and in their relationships. Together, we can reach your goals.

My strengths are: working with the mind-body connection to address anxiety, depression and self-image in individual therapy; as well as, working with negative communication cycles to promote change in couples therapy. I integrate Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with Emotionally Focused Therapy (Attachment Science) and Mindfulness.

My own journey in mental health has embodied the mind, body, and spirit to both heal and thrive. I provide a safe, and compassionate space so that you can feel heard and supported to move toward the change you seek.
