Somatic Experiencing Therapy (SE) gently retrains the nervous system toward calm, purpose, vitality and empowerment. SE effectively works with the source and effects of stress, various traumas, anxiety, depression, etc. It is often referred for addiction recovery, abuse and neglect of childhood trauma, among various other mental health issues and diagnoses.
