Within my practice I welcome adolescents, adults and couples. My therapeutic approach is tailored to the specific needs of my clients, as opposed to a prescriptive pre-determined formula. I work with people with varied backgrounds and life experiences. Each client; be they part of a couple or an individual is treated with respect and viewed as unique. My approach is positive, collaborative, compassionate and non-judgmental, and is aimed at supporting clients to explore, understand and to move towards different more desirable outcomes.
I am specifically trained to work with trauma, addictions, ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship challenges including communication & infidelity, anger management, personality and mood disorders, grief, and self esteem issues. I also offer clinical supervision for qualifying RP,s.
As a Clinical Trauma professional, I am able to help clients navigate through the intricacies of trauma resolution. My certifications in both Clinical Anxiety and Anger Management and ADHD help me to work with clients to gain control of their lives. Therapy can be difficult but is ultimately rewarding.
