In addition to supporting clients through life transitions and challenges, I offer First Responder or a Trauma Exposed Professional a safe space to work through mental wellness with knowledgable mental health clinician who has also worked in the field. I have come to psychotherapy after having worked over 20 years as a frontline paramedic and bring a unique perspective to both my First Responder and “civilian” clients. Working together we can maneuver this time of your life to create personal growth and satisfaction in a judgement free, inclusive environment.
Whether you are experiencing work related trauma, death or loss, grief, life transitions, or symptoms of traumatic stress, my approach is culturally sensitive and attuned to your attachment or traumatic experiences. I use an eclectic approach that help understand why we experience life problems and work through them.
Together we can reflect on your experiences and create connections that foster growth toward understanding and your authentic self. As we explore your inner experiences, we can encourage a rich and rewarding relationship with your self and others. Our end goal will be for you to pursue your life's purpose with renewed enthusiasm and energy.
