Congratulations for taking this important step in caring for yourself! Here's a few things about me that may help to find a good fit for your needs: I practice clinical and counselling psychology, specializing in health and trauma. I offer individual, couples and group therapy, general assessment, and detailed assessment for PTSD. I also promote wellness as a speaker for companies, organizations and universities. We often heal best in relationship, so my goal is to create a space where we can work together using what we have learned along our journey, to help you find hope and greater satisfaction with life.
As a generalist, I work with a wide variety of people to help them accomplish their goals. I especially love to work with nurses, teachers, young adults, widows and widowers. grief, support through separation & divorce, medical or stress leave, disability, chronic health conditions, religious trauma.
Though I have roots in Southern Alberta, I have lived abroad much of my life, and for part of my childhood, I lived as a minority. I hope this unique perspective offers you an open and understanding approach to your particular worldview and life experiences. Let's work together to find wellness, despite life's challenges.
