I work with adults who are struggling with many diverse issues. As an older adult, I understand first-hand the often overwhelming impact of grief and loss, as well as the ambiguous loss and the difficulties in supporting a loved one who struggles with Alzheimer's Disease.
I pursued a second career in counselling later in life. My life experiences help me to connect and truly understand my clients as they face many transitions in life - relationships, life/stress balance, caregiving. I will challenge beliefs that keep you "stuck" so you can see new possibilities and create change.
