I get it! I sit with individuals and families of all ages who are dealing with the aftermath of trauma and pain in their relationships. I help explore the true intentions, emotions, and needs that are disguised within the confusing behaviours and hurtful communication.

Let’s start with an inquiry call. It takes a lot of courage to reach out! I have a patient and nurturing approach, and we’ll work together to set the pace and goals of therapy. I integrate play-based, trauma-informed (EMDR and TFCBT), and attachment approaches (EFT), Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy, tools from CBT and DBT, and good old “listening."
