About
Depression is when you don’t really care about anything. Anxiety is when you care too much about everything. But what’s it like having both? The good news is, if you are experiencing depression or anxiety, you don’t have to struggle alone. Take it from someone with personal experience. Depression and anxiety can make you feel alone. But you don’t have to be!
My experiences and my journey navigating the mental health system has inspired me to become an advocate for those who are experiencing mental health issues and help others on their own personal journeys. I obtained my Master’s degree in Counselling and am committed to supporting and helping to guide others to reach their full potential in life.
I work with a variety of people who are ready for change. There will never be any judgement and you are free to explore your feelings at your own pace. Together, we will set goals, take the necessary steps to achieve those goals and celebrate achievements along the way. Book online today! Or call 705-300-0077
