In addressing your concerns, I listen carefully to what you want. Couple therapy is dynamic in considering both perspectives, & my focus is on attachment & Emotionally Focused Therapy. We work on the relationship, so that you as a couple can handle your issues at home, in positive and supportive ways.

Individually, clients might want to work on a wide variety of issues from their life experiences, and it is the client who directs what to address. A Cognitive Behaviour handout is useful to reduce negativity. For couples, we discern what blocks are interfering with your loving connection, and practise those healing conversations in the session.
Every person is unique, and you have your own thoughts, feelings and preferences. The theory of brain neuroplasticity can empower us to make changes in how we think & behave, allowing us to consider hopeful possibilities. This encourages us to take steps to improve ourselves and our lives, and live with joy, compassion, non-judgment, understanding and love.
