I’m so happy you’ve taken the time to visit my profile, and I’m so proud of you for taking the step to help yourself and/or your loved one! About me: I’m a seasoned therapist with skills and knowledge related to a multitude of individual/family emotional and psychological issues. My practice is trauma-informed and I work hard to ensure you get the best psychological care possible. My ideal client is open and willing to engage in a collaborative, client-centred, action-oriented healing process, and doesn't mind being challenged to think in new ways about old problems. It starts with talking.
I treat all sorts of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress and burnout, parenting issues, communication problems, and much more. While I can treat children, my current office space is not set up for this population. Therefore I can only work with adolescents 12 and over at this time.
I’m sorry you’re going through a tough time. Why not reach out to me and let’s talk about how I might be able to help you.
