Deanne has a warm and practical approach. She likes the idea of 'holding space' for individuals where they can safely explore in order to learn more about themselves, develop skills that will help them "lean into" difficult emotions, build resilience and challenge old perspectives and gain new ones.
This is my office space at Mindful Matters, where I do in-person sessions.
Deanne has a special interest in helping individuals and their families learn how to embrace ADHD, develop strategies and build skills that can help individuals feel success, change how they think and feel about themselves and improve their daily functioning at home, school/work and navigate relationships.
