I help people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or lost in their own life. I'll help you understand what’s underneath the anxiety, disconnection, or patterns that aren’t working. We’ll look at old beliefs and survival strategies, bring compassion to your story, and build new tools for boundaries, emotions, and communication.
